SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SECTION A
MENU, PREPARATION AND DIETARY RESTRICTION
A 1.1 Most of the allergens listed below are used in our dishes and are present within our kitchen and preparation areas. Although we take the greatest care to avoid it, risk of contamination is present.
A 1.2 Please make any specific dietary restrictions and/or requirements known at the point of ordering. Please also feel free to contact us directly via telephone if you wish to discuss your order requirements in more detail than you feel than you can give through the online ordering system.
A 1.3 Information about what ingredients are used in the preparation of our foods, including all known allergens are available by request. Our recipes may change from time to time and we may update our documentation without public notice. Our information will always be correct at the time that it is issued.
A 1.4 We serve foods that are labelled as Vegan & Vegetarian. Some of our dishes are adaptable between these labels, please specify when ordering if you would like your order to be vegan or vegetarian. Where not specified by the customer, we will assume vegan.
A 1.5 We do take specific steps to segregate our non-meat products from our meat products. A separate area of the grill is defined for the exclusive cooking of non-meat products, and we use different utensils for the movement of foods.
A 1.6 In accordance with The Food Standards Agency, the following allergens are acknowledged and controlled within food our preparation:
- Nuts, Peanuts, Lupin & other derivatives thereof
- Peanuts & derivatives
- Fish, Molluscs & Crustaceans
- Egg, Milk, Dairy & Lactose
- Sesame Seeds & Soya & other derivatives thereof
- Celery, Mustard, Cereals (containing gluten such as Wheat)
- Sulphur dioxide (> 10 mg/kg), Monosodium glutamate

SECTION B
ORDERING, COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
B 1.2 Products can be ordered for either delivery or collection and either through handnbowl.com or by telephone. We may utilise third party ordering platforms such as (but not limited to) Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats. Ordering through these platforms may incur additional costs/fees.
B 1.3 We only accept telephone or online orders from customers over the age of 18.
B 1.4 Please note that not all products may be available at the time of ordering. We will contact you should there be an issue with your order or the availability of any of our products to arrange either a suitable substitute or a refund where necessary.
B 1.5 Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. It is at this point that your food will start being prepared and we cannot issue refunds for cancellations of any ordered items after this point.
B 2.0 COLLECTION
B 2.1 When you submit an order for collection, your collection time will be set out during the Order process.
B 2.2 If you do not collect your Order within thirty (30) minutes of your collection time, your Products will be disposed of and you will not receive a refund.
B 2.3 The BPPCo will not take any responsibility for any eventualities linked to contamination of our products after they have been collected and taken from the premises.
B 3.0 DELIVERY
B 3.1 When you submit an Order for delivery, your estimated delivery time will be set out during the order process. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, all times given are given as estimates, if you contact us to change, modify either your order or delivery details this may have an effect on your originally quoted time and/or availability of the products that you have ordered.
B 3.2 We use our own delivery drivers, we will ensure with our best efforts that your products get to you in the best condition possible however we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur from happenings out of our control such as traffic & highways issues, bad weather etc.
B 3.3 We will attempt delivery however if initially unsuccessful our drivers will wait for no less than 5 minutes until aborting the delivery. We request that if the delivery is to a building that is set back from the road or in an isolated location that you please look out for us around the estimated delivery time.
B 3.4 Refunds will not be available for aborted deliveries.
B 3.5 The BPPCo will not take any responsibility for any eventualities linked to contamination of our products after they have been collected and taken from the driver.
B 3.6 The BPPCo will not take any responsibility for any eventualities linked to the delayed consumption of or consumption after reheating of any of the products that have been supplied. All foods are prepared to be consumed as soon as possible after delivery or collection.
B 3.7 Where an order has been placed through a third-party platform or delivery company, please refer to their own Terms & Conditions.
SECTION C
PAYMENT
C 1.1 All prices listed on our website are deemed correct at the point of ordering. We reserve the right to change these prices without notice. Prices may differ if ordering from a third-party platform.
C 1.2 Minimum order values may be required for delivery to certain areas. Where an order does not meet the minimum value a delivery charge may be added equal to the difference.
C 1.3 If your payment is not authorised, your Order will not be completed. Please note, we do not accept cash on delivery.
SECTION D
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
D 1.0 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013, you do not have a right to cancel any contract for Products ordered once the order is complete.
D 1.1 You may request that your Order is cancelled or changed after it has been submitted. This can only be done by contacting the restaurant immediately by telephone and only if the order has not already been accepted by the kitchen.
No refund will be available if the cancellation is attempted after the kitchen has received the order.
D 1.2 Please note that all refunds may take up to 14 days to process and show in your account.
