Phò is a Vietnamese bowl food. It consists of a long boiling broth (we always make ours vegan) then we add various vegetables & spices, herbs & oils along with noodles & then you choose main ingredient from below. Our phò is served with a variety of fresh condiments to add to your bowl & tailor to your own taste.
